GENPRO, INC. PRIVACY POLICY (the “Policy”) Genpro (hereinafter “Genpro.”, “we”, “us”, “our”), respects your concerns about privacy and provides this notice explaining how we collect, use, and disclose information when customers inquire about, use, or purchase our services, and when carriers or others inquire about or move shipments for, or otherwise do business, with us. This Policy applies to personally identifiable information collected from customers, carriers, and others, including, without limitation, information collected through the Services (as defined below). Do not use our Services if you object to any of the terms of this Policy. Do not use our Services if you do not reside in the United States or if you are under 18 years old.
As used in this Policy, the term “Personal Information” means any information that identifies an individual or relates to an identifiable individual, and the term “Services” includes those websites, software platforms, and mobile applications from which this Policy is accessed, all of which are owned and/or operated on behalf of Genpro., including, without limitation, the mobile app, and the web pages associated with www.genrpoinc.com, and the web pages associated with the Genpro web portal. The terms “you” and “your” shall include and/or reference the individual user of the Services and, when applicable, the business entity for which the individual user of the Services serves as an agent, independent contractor, or employee.
Our privacy practices may vary among the jurisdictions in which we operate to reflect local practices and legal and regulatory requirements. We operate only in the United States and do not intentionally collect Personal Information of any persons residing outside the United States.
The inclusion of a link does not imply any endorsement of the linked site or service by Genpro. Except as required by applicable law or regulations, Genpro is not responsible for the information collection, use, disclosure, or security policies or practices of any other organizations, such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Apple, Google, Microsoft, or any other app developer, app provider, social media platform provider, operating system provider, wireless service provider or device manufacturer, including, without limitation, with respect to any Personal Information you disclose to other organizations through or in connection with our apps.
This Policy is not a contract and does not create any contractual rights or obligations.
By accessing or otherwise using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read in full and understand this Policy and that the Personal Information you provide may be processed and used in accordance with the terms of this Policy.
The Information Genpro Collects
Personal Information of Customers: In the course of inquiring about or using Services, including registering on or using our websites (or downloading or using our mobile apps), you may be asked for, among other things, the following Personal Information: your name, e-mail address, postal address, telephone number, fax number, business contact information, communication preferences, and other registration information. 2 Genpro may also request payment information that, in some cases, may constitute Personal Information. In addition, Genpro may obtain market data on customers and potential customers from third-party sources; this information may include limited Personal Information, such as contact details of company representatives.
Personal Information of Drivers: In the course of inquiring about or moving shipments, or registering on or using our Services, you may be asked for, among other things, the following Personal Information: your name, e-mail address, postal address, telephone number, business contact information, docket information, carrier number, truck/equipment type, tractor/trailer number, other registration information, driver’s license information, social security number, driver history, passport information, insurance information, vehicle VIN number, license plate numbers, and service profile information. Drivers may use our mobile apps to submit images of paperwork such as invoices and bills of lading and to search for available shipments based on the driver’s location and to confirm load acceptance; this information may, in some cases, constitute Personal Information. Genpro also obtains basic carrier information from public or other third-party sources; this information may include Personal Information, such as contact details of carrier representatives, as well as carrier insurance information. In addition, drivers provide status updates, (including location, about Genpro loads. Such status updates may be provided to Genpro in various ways, as further described under “Collection and Use of Location Data,” below.

We may aggregate and/or anonymize Personal Information so that it will no longer be considered Personal Information. We do so to generate other data for our use, which we may use and disclose for any purpose, including, without limitation, to generate reporting and to improve the design and content of our products, services, websites and apps, and Genpro may share this aggregated and/or anonymized data with third-parties.
Collection and Use of Location Data:
Genpro tracks the location of its customers’ shipments to help ensure a smooth delivery. Genpro makes available different ways for carriers and drivers to choose to provide location updates on the Genpro loads they are moving.
IP Addresses, Cookies, and Other Information:
Like other websites, our websites use your domain, IP address, device and browser information to help diagnose problems with Genpro’s Services, its products and other services and equipment, to administer the products and services, and for security purposes. Our websites also use “Cookies,” which are pieces of data sent from a web server to a web browser that enable a web server to identify users that visit a website hosted by that server. Genpro and our service providers may use Cookies in order to identify you to our websites so that Genpro can provide more customized information and services to you. You may be able to disable the use of certain Cookies by reviewing your browser’s preferences and options.
Disclosure of Personal Information
Genpro may disclose Personal Information of customers to supply-chain participants such as drivers and carriers, warehouses, and distributors to the extent necessary to coordinate, execute and monitor shipments, to provide services you have requested or authorized, and for other legitimate business purposes consistent with this Policy. Genpro may also disclose Personal Information of carriers and drivers to customers and supply-chain participants for such purposes.
We may also disclose Personal Information to our service providers to perform tasks on our behalf for business purposes consistent with this Policy. These can include providers of services such as website hosting, data analysis, payment processing, order fulfillment, information technology and related infrastructure provision, customer service, email delivery, auditing, and other services. For example, we disclose Personal Information to a third-party service provider which operates on our behalf. Note that if a carrier updates his or her contact or other information (including his or her insurance certificate), the third-party service provider may share, in accordance with its Policy, the updated information with its other customers that already have a relationship with that carrier. Genpro is not responsible for the actions or inactions of the third-party service provider where the third-party service provider is considered the “owner” or “data controller” under applicable law.
By using the Services you may also elect to disclose Personal Information.
In addition, when push notifications are sent to your mobile device, your Personal Information is disclosed to the provider of the push notification service (Apple Push Notification for iOS devices and Google Cloud Messaging for Android devices). The Policy of the relevant service provider applies to the use and disclosure of your Personal Information by these services.
We may also disclose Personal Information, as necessary or appropriate, to comply with applicable law or regulations, including laws outside the United States; to cooperate with public and government authorities including law enforcement; to establish, exercise or defend a legal claim; or, as otherwise permitted or required by law. 5 In addition, Genpro may disclose or transfer Personal Information to a third party in connection with any reorganization, joint venture, assignment or other disposition of all or any part of our business, assets, or stock, or if Genpro or a Genpro affiliate is acquired in whole or in part by or merged with another company. Such third parties may include, for example, an acquiring entity and its advisors.
Communication Preferences
Genpro may send you communications by email, mobile text (SMS) messaging, telephone calls, or push notification. You may opt out of such communications as described below. We will try to comply with your request as soon as reasonably practicable. Please note that if you use certain Genpro services, you may not opt out of mandatory service or administrative communications that are part of certain Genpro services and are necessary for the performance of such services. Promotional Emails
Genpro may send emails to customers (including their employees) that promote the same kinds of products and services Genpro is presently providing them, or similar kinds of Genpro products and services that may be of interest to them. You may opt out from receiving further promotional emails by following the instructions included in these emails.
SMS Text Messaging
Certain Services utilize SMS text messaging. For example, we may use text messaging for general service notifications or for mobile phone tracking services. When you use these services you may be subject to messaging and data charges from your wireless carrier, depending on your wireless data plan and rates. Please note that carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages, and Genpro also disclaims any liability and will not be responsible for damages resulting from such delays or undeliverable messages.
To cancel receipt of text messages from Genpro, you may reply stop to any message received from Genpro.

Push Notifications
Drivers and customers using a Genpro app may receive messages from Genpro by push notifications delivered within the mobile app. In order for mobile app users to receive such notifications, push notification service must be enabled for the app concerned via the mobile phone’s system preferences. By enabling push notification service for the mobile app, you consent to receive push notifications delivered within the mobile app. Mobile app users may opt out at any time by disabling such notifications via the mobile phone’s system preferences and/or by setting up and managing preferences within the app to receive push notifications.
You may incur data charges from your wireless carrier for push notifications, depending on your wireless data plan and rates. 6
Security
Genpro has implemented administrative, technical and organizational security measures designed to help protect your Personal Information within our organization. Unfortunately, no data transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. If you have reason to believe that your interaction with us is no longer secure, please immediately notify us in accordance with the “Contact Us” section below.
Storage and Retention
Your Personal Information will not be stored for longer than is necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, or to otherwise meet applicable legal or regulatory requirements. Our retention policies reflect local statute of limitation periods and national statutory obligations of Genpro.

Third Party Advertising
We use third-party advertising companies to serve advertisements regarding goods and services that may be of interest to you because you access and use the Services and other websites or online services. Third parties may collect personally identifiable information about your online activities over time and across different websites when you use our website or Services.
You may receive advertisements based on information relating to your access to and use of the Services and other websites or online services on any of your devices, as well as on information received from third parties. These companies place or recognize a unique cookie on your browser (including through the use of pixel tags). They also use these technologies, along with information they collect about your online use, to recognize you across the devices you use, such as a mobile phone and a laptop.
Data Transfers
Your Personal Information may be stored and processed in any country where we have facilities or in which we engage service providers, and by using the Services you understand that your information will be transferred to countries outside of your country of residence, including the United States, which may have data protection rules that are different from those of your country (if you reside outside the United States). In certain circumstances, courts, law enforcement agencies, regulatory agencies or security authorities in those other countries may be entitled to access your Personal Information.
Unless we request it, which we may do for carriers and drivers and as otherwise required by law or applicable regulations, we ask that you not send us, and you not disclose, any sensitive Personal Information (e.g., social security numbers, information related to racial or ethnic origin, political 7 opinions, religion or other beliefs, health, biometrics or genetic characteristics, criminal background or trade union membership) on or through the Services or otherwise to us.
Access and Choices
You may review and edit online contact details and certain other Personal Information you have provided when using our Services. We encourage you to make sure your contact details and other Personal Information are up-to-date.
State Laws
You may have additional privacy rights and consumer protection, depending on where you reside in the United States, and in what capacity you interact with us. We will comply with such requirements, but please note that these laws do not cover all information sharing, and our disclosures and actions will only include such information as is covered by the law applicable to you. In some cases, particularly those involving deletion of Personal Data, it will be further limited by regulations applicable to us. Additionally, we may limit you to two (2) requests within a year, and may charge fees, all if and as permitted under applicable law. We reserve the right not to respond to requests submitted to an address other than the one posted in this notice, or if the request is incomplete.
To request information, access, correction, deletion of your Personal Data, opt out of processing or sale of Personal Data, or to assert other rights under your state’s law, please contact us at helpdesk@genproinc.com with “Request for Privacy Information” in the subject line. Please include enough detail for us to locate your file and include your name, email address, any username you use to access our Services, and the state where you reside. We may request additional information to verify your identity or as may be reasonably required to respond to the request. After such information has been provided and your identity is verified, we will provide you with the required information within forty-five (45) days of receipt, or such shorter time as may be required by the applicable state law.
If we decide not to take action on your request and your state’s law allows for an escalation of the matter so that it may be resolved amicably, then within thirty (30) days after we send you our decision you may appeal that decision to the president of our company by sending an email to helpdesk@genproinc.com with “Request for Privacy Information – Notice of Appeal” in the subject line. We will review the matter and respond to you in writing within sixty (60) days after we receive that Notice of Appeal.
Use by Minors
The Services are not directed to individuals under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect Personal Information from individuals under 18. If you believe anyone under age 18 has provided personal information to us, please contact us as indicated in the “How to Contact Us” section of this Policy and we will work to delete it.
Modifications
Genpro reserves the right to amend, modify, update or otherwise change this Policy at any time without prior notice to you to reflect changes in our personal information practices. We will notify you in an appropriate manner, including by sending emails to those who have registered accounts, by posting the changed or amended Policy on website(s) and we will indicate at the top of this Policy when it was most 8 recently changed or amended. It is your responsibility to review any such modifications. Continued use of Genpro’s Services and websites will be deemed consent to such modifications absent prompt notification that you are withholding consent.
